We provide consultancy services in design, manufacturing and CFD simulation.
If necessary, we will provide you with the support of our Project Manager, who will guide your company from the identification of requirements and preparation of a timetable, right through to final implementation.
SLS Technology
For parts requiring high strength and resistance, we use the SLS 3D printing technology, which involves local laser sintering of the material powder. The maximum dimensions of a component in this technology are 1600x1600x300mm. We use a Formlabs Fuse 1+30W printer. A major advantage of the technology is the lack of support (the powder provides support for the next layer).
The material we use meets the following standards:

FDM / SLA technology
For larger prints we offer more traditional methods such as FDM and SLA technologies.

Raise3D Pro3 Plus (working volume up to 300×300×605mm)
CFD simulations
The scope of our activities includes:
- fluid flow analyses (including multiphase)
- temperature transfer
- movement of bodies in liquids and gases
- predictions of how smoke and heat will spread
- wind load analyses
We provide CFD simulation services using the extremely advanced NX software package.
CAD design
Our speciality is CAD design. We have numerous successes in this field, including a European patent.
